Disclaimer- tested pool equipment with the freeze guard, and had power going to freeze guard. Customer wanted to connect extra purple wire to switch and see if it’s what controls the waterfall. Explained we don’t know where the wire goes and if we connect it and it damages anything, we will not be responsible for it. The only way to know for sure is by redoing all the connections. We will not be responsible for anything. Customer was having issue with waterfall cutting on and off and realize that it wasn’t cutting on at all especially with the freeze guard. Found a trip breaker controlling the pool motor for the freeze guard for the waterfall and reset and had 240 at the panel. Was receiving 120 V on both wires at the freeze guard but not 240 V together meaning there was an issue in one of the junction boxes. Explain to customer the only way that I will be able to fix the situation is by going through the junction boxes and redoing all the connections and figuring out exactly what circ
