Arrived to look at electrical to the water heater as the heater has had multiple issues now and found that the electrical to the unit is properly connected and operational. Scheduled warranty return for the plumbing supervisor to return and determine what needs to be done with the unit.

Thursday 10:30-11 Customer has exposed wires under sink that he needs an a junction box with a plug to control his disposal that used to be hardwired. Explain to customer when we add a box we will have to make a GFI protected, considering it’s under the sink and on a wet location. Customer is getting quotes and wants me to call back on Thursday.

ATTEMPT to restore flow to main building sewer and test to insure proper drainage. No warranty on drain stoppage Have a field supervisor come out and run a sewer inspection camera in order to investigate root cause of mainline back up. *Camera helps diagnose for repairs does not fix issue.* * permanent repairs will be presented after footage is taken of the sewer line.* 12-17-25 performed camera inspection from one way cleanout in front yard. Found significant build up in pipe and standing water in several places. Recommend hydrojetting first before suggesting any repairs so we can better evaluate the pipe to see if any repairs are necessary.

Customer had two bedrooms that were not working properly and found that there was a stab blocked outlet and it was the first one I opened up that was all burnt. Replaced outlet and everything cut on and explain to customer, We will need to replace all the plugs and switches in the house to Completely fix everything. Everything is working at this time and five year warranty only on the plug in the master bedroom right beside the living room on the inside wall. Explain to customer if she keeps using heater we will not be able to warrantee that plug due to that heater using so much power.

1. Take down fixtures in kitchen and take apart and hang back up in the kitchen above island. Customer is happy with the fixtures and likes the color for the light fixture. If we have to come back out and change or adjust, we will charge. Everything is working with no issues.

- remove trap under kitchen sink and run sink cable into drain. - unsweat cold side washing machine valve , clean copper and install adapter and new threaded valve. Due to age and condition of current. Tested all work no leaks showed homeowner and she is satisfied ** 5yr warranty **

Customer had a bad dimmer in dining room and controlling chandelier. Replaced dimmer with single pole switch and everything cut on with no issues. Explained to customer that the switches are older and will need to be updated. Explained that if fixture quits working again we will have to troubleshoot the chandelier canopy. We will not work inside chandelier but will work on connections, connected to chandelier. 5 year warranty only on the switch. Left troubleshooting price if we have to come back out.

Replaced gfci in the backyard beside pool equipment coming out of control panel that was controlling pool lights due to it tripping. Found that the gfci was not sealed properly and tripping before 60ms but also found a couple of bad pool lights out of 7 or 8. Explained I can troubleshoot and go through circuit and find why it is tripping but also explained that it is most likely a bad light and that there are multiple boxes to go through and troubleshoot. Customer wants to get her pool lady out to see if she can just replace the lights and then see if it keeps happening. Explained to customer we do not work on control panel for sump pump.

In addition, we will be performing a circuit extension inside the one-car garage to add a dedicated refrigerator outlet. We will be returning later today to complete the work, and Hector will be the installer. He will be handling both the hardwired charger installation and the circuit extension. All work we perform comes with a five-year warranty. The customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.

Arrived at warranty to discover that the water entering panel is from the old 2” conduit entering the top of panel. We are scheduled to scheduled Monday morning to replace the old conduit and all part to make it weatherproof and repair any damaged items inside the panel.

Ran sewer camera to inspect for potential issues. Found excessive buildup in the drain to the point of not being able to see. Tried to run clean water to flush out buildup and sediment to no avail. Around 8 feet there is a potential break or separation of pipe. Job complete.
