Customer had issue with breaker tripping controlling dishwasher and found that there were multiple countertop plugs on the same circuit. Explained it needs to be dedicated and that it will be very difficult running wire in the attic. Also started talking about refereeing power out to detached garage and fixing the wires out there. Customer needs to talk with husband about which option to go with. Ran dedicated 100 amp circuit from main panel through attic to outside and ran conduit down outside under deck and into covered parking and ran cable to sub panel in detached building. Replaced sub panel in building and installed ground rod and whole home surge protection. Ran dedicated circuit to dishwasher, and kitchen outlet immediately left of the sink. Ran Ethernet cable from router to office and hooked directly into computer. Demoed Romex under building by pool and piped in and ran all new wiring and installed outlet on back deck.
Customer called about their range not working on bake mode only. Performed troubleshoot and found outlet was in working condition and had the correct voltage. Opened junction box in the unit and checked voltage with all normal readings. Issue is with the unit itself. Customer has a hazardous Sylvania panel. Customer declined any options for replacement
Customer has a ceiling fan that is wired up with a constant high at 24 seven and wanted to see about adding a switch leg for ceiling fan. Gave options for running wire and talked with Marco on discounts for job. Quote is good for 30 days.
Arrived onsite to hydrostatic the line for city inspector and sent photos per his request to pass the final inspection. Scheduled crew to return for backfill.

Customer is selling the home and wants to address a few things. Pantry light switch not working properly, closet light switch not working properly, foyer 3 way switches not working properly and power loss to outdoor up lights. 1. Replace broken pantry switch 2. Testing power and connections in entire panel and meter base. Customer had an issue with half power going to house and explain exactly how power works coming into panel and meter and from the power company and explained how the electricity works and how it feeds power into certain areas and what to do when problem happens again. Encore already fixed connections once and did a troubleshoot to verify everything was working fine and found that the power coming in was 107 on each leg and 214 V hot hot. Cut seal after calling cut meter seal from encore and found that it was the line side coming into the house from encore and reported the outage. Told customers I would not recommend using anything in the house until voltage is fixed.
Perform electrical troubleshoot on a single circuit supplying switches and receptacles, identify fault within circuit, repair fault while repairing switches and other devices such as plugs and the breaker controlling circuit. Testing entire circuit, while making sure it is code-compliant. Does not include replacing or running new wires. 5 year warranty on entire circuit. Customer had a whole home, rewire done a while back and that was done by previous homeowners. He had a circuit tripping and blowing a breaker. Found under the house that there was multiple junction boxes controlling multiple areas in the downstairs living room and dining room. Found loose connections and tight and fixed and repaired connections. Found a plug that was shorting out on a ground wire in the nook area. Replaced and everything cut on with no issues and also replaced the breaker controlling Circuit. Five-year warranty on the circuit unless customer keeps using toaster, ovens, and coffee makers on the circuit.
Arrived on site. Customer requested that the chandelier be raised by approximately two chain links. Adjusted the height as requested. Chandelier is operating properly. Customer is 100% satisfied with today’s visit.

Customer wanted to get a quote on installing an interlock kit with an inlet for a generator. Explain the interlock kit gonna be specialty ordered and is not an easy piece to get. Explain to customer we will have to order the interlock kit today for it to be able to come in in time by Friday before the storm.
