City side of meter leaking, gasket on nut was split, replaced gasket, tested meter with bubbles. No leaks detected. Relit water heaters
Arrived to look at issue with the washer circuit and the fridge circuit. Both have lost power and customer stated they typically go in and out during winter. Provided quote to perform troubleshooting on both circuits to repair and bring them up to current code. The other quote is to completely run the circuit new from the panel on the exterior of the home with conduit. Quotes are good for thirty days.
Excavate area with leaking water shutoff and replace valve. Verify source that feeds water to valve. If a backflow preventer is missing additional cost will be incurred to install one.

There were a few questions that I had that needed to address with Ashley but since she wasn’t available today, we will do a job return and come back out and meet with her when she is feeling better to talk over different options and different routes and what would best fit them for the future. Morgan said that he will tell Ashley to call in when she is feeling better to book another appointment for me to come back out.
10-2-25 James Allen: Performed visual inspection of plumbing system. Found that water heaters are past life expectancy and in need of replacement soon to prevent property damage. Two of the toilets are not set securely and need to be pulled and reset. Several emergency shutoffs in home are outdated and should be replaced. There are four emergency shutoffs in jack/room that are push to connect and recommend replacing them. Replace gas shutoff on water heater in attic. Install gas shutoff for gas cooktop in kitchen. Disconnect gas meter on side of home. Temporarily install gas pressure gauge. Test entire gas system. If any leaks are present then additional cost will be incurred to locate and repair them. 5 year warranty on toptech furnished materials. Preformed gas test. No leaks detected.
Gave customer estimates to locate water, sewer and gas lines in backyard. Planning to follow up on Tuesday. No work authorized at this time.
Install booster pump outside in box with water filtration and back flow preventer. Includes set up and testing. Install pressure gauge upstream and downstream of pump with bypass loop. Provide 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
