Replace the remaining 3 dual function breakers that are gen 2. The three breakers were controlling microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Tested all three breakers and checked voltage and everything was feeding power out correctly and there were no issues. Five year warranty on the three breakers that we replaced today. Explain to customer how breakers work and how to test and reset. Also explained Overloading the circuit. There are no issues at this time.

Arrived on the job site. We will be performing three circuit extensions for TV outlets in three bedrooms. The first bedroom is located immediately to the left when you enter through the front door. The second bedroom is accessed by entering the front door, taking a right into the hallway, then turning left. The third bedroom is the far back room to the right from the front entry, where we will also be adding a TV outlet. This work will be completed tomorrow. Additionally, I re-spliced the doorbell wire. I informed the customer that the wire is currently spliced, but due to limited slack, it may come undone. If that happens, the doorbell wire would need to be re-run and re-spliced, which is not covered under the five-year warranty because of the short connection. We will also be running a circuit extension for the island outlet by tapping into the circuit that was left inside a J-box and installing the new outlet on the side of the island. Customer stated that the two outlets in the nook on the far-left side, as well as the dining room outlets, were not working properly and would intermittently lose power. Upon arrival, all outlets were working, but I informed the customer that intermittent power issues are commonly caused by a loose connection. Proceeded with an intermediate diagnostic to assess the circuit. While opening and checking all outlets, I found that most had good connections and were properly wrapped. However, one outlet in the nook had poorly twisted and improperly joined wires. I replaced all outlets with brand-new devices and connections. I also re-spliced the joints in the nook with proper, secure connections and replaced the breaker for that circuit. Customer now has a five-year warranty on the entire circuit and is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.

Customer had a GFCI in the garage that had a fridge plugged in that went bad and the middle spring popped out so he could not reset the GFCI. Explain to customer that the GFCI tripped for a reason, but customer declined the intermediate and standard troubleshoot today. Explain to customer if we have to come back out we will automatically charge for an intermediate troubleshoot to go through the entire circuit. Successfully restored flow to home , and tested multiple fixtures everything is currently draining. Cleaned up sons shower due to massive build up when clogged. No warranty on drain restore. Gave estimates for additional work due to issue under sink. Also for camera inspection to check sewer line for issues and cause of backup. Quotes are good for 30 days.
