Replace gfci and troubleshoot fixture( no guarantee fix on fixture). Customer had a GFCI in the garage that had a fridge plugged in that went bad and the middle spring popped out so he could not reset the GFCI. Explain to customer that the GFCI tripped for a reason, but customer declined the intermediate and standard troubleshoot today. Explain to customer if we have to come back out we will automatically charge for an intermediate troubleshoot to go through the entire circuit. Explain how a GFCI works and what it does and how to reset. Everything is working at this time in a five-year warranty only on the GFCI outlet. 1. Install whole home surge (lifetime warranty) Minimum 5 year warranty Customer did not want gfci instanonly wanted surge protection for today. Walked customer thru work made sure he was 100% happy and satisfied with todays service .
- attempt to pop clog on upstairs bathroom lavatory ( near stairs ) due to very slow drainage currently. Was able to successfully restore flow and tested multiple times. Daughter had to leave so I showed the mom the sink flow and under the sink Cleaned up tools and trash No warranty on drain cable

- Attempt to restore flow to whole home due to no/ slow flow currently from main cleanouts in front of home. Successfully restored flow to home , and tested multiple fixtures everything is currently draining. Cleaned up sons shower due to massive build up when clogged. No warranty on drain restore. Gave estimates for additional work due to issue under sink. Also for camera inspection to check sewer line for issues and cause of backup. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Arrived on the job site. The customer stated she wanted to replace a light fixture in her upstairs room, which will serve as the second living room. The new light fixture is working properly. I also performed a safety evaluation throughout the home and identified several items that need to be addressed with both decision makers. These include issues within the electrical panel—such as breakers and AFCI breakers—as well as concerns regarding the smoke detectors. We’ll be returning on November 7th with my supervisor to provide quotes and additional information. The customer was completely satisfied with today’s visit and understands that the light fixture includes a five-year warranty, which applies to the connections only.
Arrived on site, and the customer stated that he is currently only looking for quotes. He mentioned receiving two quotes from other companies, one of which was around $2,600. I adjusted our price to match that amount, but the customer said he would like more time to think it over as he’s still waiting on one more quote. The customer was completely satisfied with today’s visit.
