- attempt to restore flow to toilet in building suites ( 401-404 ) ** no warranty on cable ** Successfully restored flow to toilet, however I did explain the current toilet has a very weak flush. he needs a power flush installed for a higher quality more consistent, powerful flush. Customers going to wait on a new toilet however he is satisfied with today’s visit.
- Attempt to restore flow to kitchen / laundry line due to slow / no drainage currently. ** no warranty on cable ** - successfully restored flow to drain line , tested with sink and water hose in cleanout for 10min no water was coming back up. Did explain to homeowners that a camera is very crucial as soon as possible to figure out what exactly is going on inside the pipe due to my cable binding up very bad and a massive amount of grease in sink and outside. - customer declined camera inspection said he’ll wait till after Christmas ** quotes are good for 30 days **
- attempt to restore flow to main sewer line due to whole home stoppage currently. Customer watched as I ran cable from the cleanout to the street it was binding up very hard indicating a bigger issue. Did explain to homeowner that a camera inspection on sewer is needed to figure out why this is happening and how we need to solve the issue. Customer doesn’t want to proceed with inspection currently due to him having a friend who will run a camera for him. Restored flow currently No warranty on cable.
Arrived on job site customer stated that he wanted his two game switch box to be replaced ended up giving a solution on doing a customer supply box replacement with four Romax going inside and replacing the customer supply switches. Customer wants some time to think about the quote will call back to go forward with the word. Customer is 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Met inspector onsite and passed except for needing a second ground rod so scheduled warranty for installer to return and install missing ground rod so I can email city inspector for final.
Arrived on site and the customers reported that multiple lights throughout the home were flickering and dimming, especially when using appliances. Performed a minor troubleshoot by opening the main panel and meter base to check voltage and inspect the system. During the inspection, found that one of the feeder wires connected to the meter base on the low side was melted, showing signs of arcing and a poor connection. The other leg also showed early signs of the same issue. We will be returning on Wednesday to complete the following work: • Replace the 200-amp main electrical panel in the garage (includes a lifetime warranty) • Replace the exterior meter base (lifetime warranty included) • Install a new ground rod on the exterior of the home • Extend the cold-water bond from the panel to the main disconnect for proper grounding and code compliance • Pull a permit and complete all work required to pass city inspection • Install a whole-home surge protector rated for up to 108,000
- Preform partial rebuild on hall bath toilet due to age and condition of old parts. ( fill valve / flapper ) ** 5yr warranty on work ** Tested work no leaks and showed homeowner she is satisfied
Arrived on job site. Customer requested a complete whole-home safety inspection. During the inspection, I noted several outdated components and items that need replacement or upgrades to meet current code standards. These include adding surge protection, rewrapping conductors, replacing all outlets and switches, re-breakering the panel, and addressing smaller issues such as a non-working ceiling fan and outdated smoke detectors. We scheduled a follow-up call for Wednesday the 12th to review the findings with the customer and her husband and to provide detailed pricing. The customer was 100% happy and satisfied with today’s visit.
Attempt to auger main bath toilet due to blockage currently no flush. ** if toilet pull is needed price will increase ** Was able to successfully restore flow to toilet , tested multiple times and cleaned bowl for customer. Did give estimate for camera inspection due to age of system to check all accessible sewer piping. Customer explained she will need to talk to her husband about it. ** No warranty on auger **
- Attempted to unjam old disposal was unsuccessful and customer went with 1/2hp replacement - Replaced old 1/2hp disposal in kitchen w new basic 1/2hp. - haul off old unit and reconnect piping. - tested work no leaks customer watched the water go down as the disposal worked. - cleaned up tools and trash. ** 5yr warranty on work **

Arrived to potential warranty for the kitchen island plug as the box had been broken after the installing technicians were testing the device. The homeowner had repaired the box with strong bonding adhesive and just wanted to be sure it would support the outlet being re-installed. To test I put the screws back in halfway and pulled against to box to verify there was no further damage to the box and we found no issue. Safely re-installed the outlet.
Customer says when he unplugged his surge strip, he got shocked by it and the power kept shocking him on his surge strip. Perform panel tune up (separate grounds and neutrals), install grounding system for ATS and remove from garage panel - free (ground rod and cold water bond), install whole home surge protector - 108k amps protection (lifetime warranty), install AFCI protection for all required circuits, replace all outlets through the home with TR outlets
