Check ceiling fan connections for loose wiring *does not include installing fan support junction box *does not include removing and reinstalling ceiling fan Found loose neutral wire going to the fan receiver. Checked voltage and all normal readings Repaired connection and restored power to the fan. Was unable to get the fan to turn but the light would blink indicating a bad receiver. Recommended replacing the fan due to the customer already replacing the receiver with no luck. Informed customer that we would replace the fan with today’s work as credit. (Good for 30 days from 2/26/26) Customer declined the safety inspection
