Customer States: Rehab home that will be turned into rental home. Needs a couple things addressed. Needs master bathroom shower valve replaced along with both LAV faucets. Needs kitchen faucet with new disposal in the upstairs kitchen. Needs new LAV faucet in basement bathroom. Needs rough in for potential basement kitchen. Technician Notes: Basement kitchen rough in will need to be on the back side of the laundry room. This area would make the most sense due to existing drain and water lines in wall. Customer was proposing kitchen be on exterior wall which would require much more work. Master shower valve has access via bedroom wall for replacement. LAV faucets are standard 4” center set.
