Arrived to home for break on line we worked on last week. Upon inspection found that reapair froze and broke. Press fitting popped out. Line that we didn’t touch next to repair also popped out of sweat coupling. That part is not on MyGuy. Water was off to home which is out back in 6” hole. Valve was hard to turn so I did not attempt to turn the water on. I fixed my repair that failed and spoke with customer. Normally we would not warranty acts of god but I did not clarify that last time. Told customer there are absolutely no warranties on limestone in crawl because sides of home are wide open allowing drafts to cause more breaks. Highly recommended customer having crawl boxed out and insulated to prevent this from continuing to happen in the future. Customer wants to wait for lines to thaw out before making next move with plumbing work. Water was never turned on so I’m not sure if there are leaks when it does come back on.
