Client is completely aware that the wall will more than likely become damaged due to the existing vanity is held in place with construction adhesive. I am having the client sign off that they are okay with the demo. -disconn3 Ted and removed existing vanity - supplied and installed new shut off valves, supply lines and new drainage - secured new vanity to the wall - added sealant for the top and secured connections - made up drain and pressure tested drain for leaks ** are no leaks at this time - caulked vanity top as well * client is aware of my guy not being aware of any damages done to the wall * previous vanity was sealed together using liquid nail or construction adhesive. * customer gave permission to remove vanity even if it meant causing damage to back wall * parts and labor warranty only on rebuild underneath sink, cannot warranty customer supplied products, faucet and vanity.
