Arrived to the home, client has a double bowl sink that the tubular got clogged and the arm fell due to the weight of the clog, there is low and S trap due to the drain bing floor roughed. I advised to the client to have me hard pipe the drain and add a studor vent. After providing multiple options to the client, they would like us just to reinstall the tubular arm and support it some way. I advise to the client that I will due that but i can not provide any warranty for today due to the drain not being legal, and the reinstallation of the existing parts. I supported the pipe and pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Client is aware that MyGuy plumbing can not provide any warranty for today.
