Arrived to the home, client had just purchased the home and would like estimates for some plumbing work to be done. Their main sense of urgency is relocating the water and waste for the existing vanity, to accommodate a normal vanity. Also, new shut off valves under the vanity, ice maker valve and line, replacing shut off valve for existing hose Bibb, and a new toilet. I advised to the client that I can not give an accurate estimate for the vanity’s plumbing until I cut open the Sheetrock to see the layout in the wall. I can give estimates for the other work to be completed. The crawlspace opening is completely buried at this time, so I can not access the water main to swap out the valves for today. *$59 waived
