Arrived on site client stated that her downstairs toilet was clogged. Client stated that she will soon be looking to replace the toilet but for today wanted to auger it. Left options to replace the toilet with us supplying or customer supplied option for the future when she is ready to make the decision. As for today I augered the toilet and flushed multiple times after. Toilet appears to be flushing as it should.
