Job Checkin

Arrived to the home, client has a leak from the second floor into the garage ceiling and they had shut off the water to the home, home is raised. I advised to the client to have us cut open the ceiling to further diagnose the issue. After cutting open the hole I discovered two drain piping above, one is the drain for the bar sink, the other is the condensate for the ice maker. It appears water was coming from the ice maker drain. I went back upstairs, removed the mini fridge and pushed the ice maker forward and the flex tube was leaking and about to flood the flooring in the room. I immediately ran down stairs and cut the condensate pipe to prevent anymore damages to the floor. I then traced back the condensate drain and the piping runs approximately 70ft to the other side on the home and into a sump pump pit. I discovered that the condensate drain had froze, not allowing any of the ice maker water to drain. The room that the condensate pipe is located has no heat and is not insulated.
