Arrived to home for leaking toilet. Upon inspection found electric toilet seems to be leaking from the base when flushed. Toilet is skirted and no brand markings on it. Gave option to pull and reset skirted toilet as well as option to replace toilet with traditional toilet. Collected 59 and will credit if called back.
