Arrived on site contacted Navien tech support stated that their is nothing they can do it is up to the homeowner and the contractor to dispute what is going to happen with the heat exchanger they stated they would send it back Monday. We collected for our time getting on the phone with Navien and trying to contact the company to get them to give us the heat exchanger. We will not charge again after heat exchanger is returned and we have to return to contact Navien to get it shipped out to us.
