Job Checkin

Arrived on site client stated that tooth their toilets and kitchen was backing up. Their are clean-outs in the basement but I wanted to avoid flooding the basement so we pulled the toilet to snake the main line. After attempts to snake the main I found flushable wipes on the cable and it was getting stuck and binding up so we went in the basement out a bucket by the cleanout and removed the 4” brass cleanout cap. Snaked the main multiple times but was getting stuck so we stuck a blow bag down the main using hot water from the water heater for 5 minutes and the main was cleared. After clearing the main we put a camera down the line and found a bunch of sludge and toilet paper. Clog appeared to be due to a soft blockage. We must return again to put a proper cap on the 4” main so for now I put a 4” dollar plug as a cap.
