Arrived on site to perform condensation diagnostic on 1989 system. Upon arrival Gary stated That he has recently done repairs to the system it has swapped out the indoor blower motor and filter. Thermostat was also swapped out. He is now seeing that the primary drain line connecting to the washer drain out is leaking. Prior to the leak he had done in evaporator coil cleaning himself. Inspected primary line and found that there was a cut through on the back of the pipe which is resulting in it leaking. It is possible that someone tried to cut the pipe in the past or it has rub through the corner. Gary stated that debris was inside of the rubber hose possibly causing it to back up. Gary would like to hold off and repairs at this time and try to fix it himself. Also would like to hold off on maintenance plan at this time. Upon departure client will be fixing PVC line himself.
