Refrigerant levels are in range and system is producing good temperature split in both heating and cooling modes. Homeowner just replaced his own filter. Recommended circulate option on thermostat to pass the air through the filter since windows are kept open quite a bit throughout the day. Recommended signing up on maintenance program, homeowner wants to just call us when he wants us to come out and do maintenances. Cycled system, system is fully operational upon departure.
