Upon arrival client stated system does not kick on. Found outside disconnect to be reversed in the off position. Client said they have never touched that. I asked if any one is in there back yard gardener etc. was just working last week. System is operational checked refrigerant levels, primary & secondary controls. Condenser fan motor is leaking oil. Will speak to husband. System is operational.
