Upon arrival performed diagnostic. Found compressor to not be up and running. Tested secondary motor control, found that secondary motor control was low. Replaced with a heavy duty control, started system. Found compressor starting at 70 amperages on the kick. Added booster kit to system and dropped it down to 9.8 amps. Refrigerant levels are in range. Filter is clean. Every register is open. System is operational upon departure.
