Upon arrival performed maintenance on 2 year old package unit for heating. Inspected indoor coil very clean. Blower wheel and motor very good. All electrical components dusted off. Circuit board and electrical connections in very good condition. Filter was replaced. Had to manually start system from circuit board due to client forgetting passcode to thermostat. Home owners are selling property just wanted maintenance. No further recommendations At this time. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure
