Performed diagnostic on 3 year old Lennox heat pump system. System is not heating. They had another company come out twice to fix it and it worked for a bit but is down again. Cycled system for heat. Indoor kicks on and starts heating. Outdoor unit is not responding or kicking on. Checked for power, system has proper high voltage and low voltage command, contactor is not engaging. System is on low pressure lockout, system is low on refrigerant. Amber stated that she believes previous company did add refrigerant. Tried calling owner for options but could not get a hold of him. Left message, Amber can not make any decision. Will need to wait till owner calls in. No other work performed. Spoke to Larry the owner over the phone. He will be holding off on any repairs form now. He is fully aware of the full findings of the system. He advised that the office stated they will be billing him for the diagnostic. System is not operational upon departure.
