Arrived on site to perform diagnostic on 2004 Lennox system with new Condenser Coils. Homeowner states his thermostat just went blank and is not turning on. He’s checked for power at the thermostat and not recieving any power. Also went into attic and checked unit. Re-checked power at thermostat to confirm and there is no power present. Went up into attic and checked system electrical and components. Unit is receiving proper power. Found that unit has a safety switch installed that was tripped, and secondary drain pan was full of water. Primary drain line appears to be clogged and needs to be cleared. Went over findings and recommendations with homeowner. Homeowner is pretty handy and will be taking care of the repair himself. No other work performed aside from diagnostic. System not operational upon departure
