Arrived on site to perform combo tune up on a 2013 Trane system. Furnace located in garage and condenser located in back yard. Upon arrival client stated she is having issues with there’s heater is not turning off. Advised I could diagnose and face fee and see what her issues. Cycled her thermostat in heating mode 3 times and system system was operating properly and fan dose have a delay after they shut off thermostat and their fan stays running to cool system down. Continue to do maintenance. Washed condenser inside and out checked all electrical compartment and components and wiring. Fan motor is okay condition. Primary control is starting to get pitting and dark discoloration on contact points. Secondary motor control is good and in range. He led amp drawls on compressor and fan motor. Compressor start up amps is almost at max as it’s pulling 109.8 and max rated at start up is 120. Run amp are up pulling 8.0 amps and max rated at 14. Recommend adding a compressor booster kit to
