Performed AC maintenance on a Comfort Maker system. Primary Condensate line was clogged on arrival which was fixed today. System does not have an overflow switch. Primary blower motor is leaking oil. Start component is failed for the blower I am recommending replacement for this Part. Systems cooling temperature split is 19 degrees. Duct runs are sealed. Outdoor unit was chemically cleaned. Compressor bay and service panel was cleaned. Condenser fan motor has a serious oil leak and is drawing almost max amps. Start component I was recently replaced. Starter is showing signs of burning. Refrigerant levels are ok. System was running at the end of appointment. Customer is going to review estimates with husband when he is home from work.
