Upon arrival, replaced all 4 filters. Condenser fan motor control is weak. Evap coils are extremely dirty and need cleaning. Thermostat in working order. Amperages are not so efficient. System is running on higher side of electrical. Temp splits good. Blower wheel dirty. System is operational, client gonna get a hold of land lord. For repairs .
