I had a remarkable service today. The tech was amazing good guy, honest, prompt, and even called 20min prior to coming to the house to let us know he was on the way. We had 2 additional service techs. that looked at the outside unit and wanted to sell me a whole new one. They said the unit I had to needs to be replaced. But today's service he actually looked took some stuff off fixed the problem put it all back together and fixed it. WOW! I waited 2 weeks for someone to fix my unit, it only took 1 call and it was fixed! Thank you guys so much for your time on a Sunday to fix our air. Thank you all for working today and making my family happy. We have been in this mess for 2 weeks 1 call and done Thank you!!
