Arrived on site to perform fall tune up on a 2004 Bryant system. Furnace located in hall closet. Client stated no issues just wanted service. Cycled heating on and was operational. Found filter dirty and replaced filter. Blower assembly is accumulating dirt and debris and creating stress and wear on motor and work hard. Recommend a blower assembly cleaning to help reduce amp drawls and help motor run easier. Motor is good slight oil dried up from past 16 years of operation. Secondary motor control is not weak and border line bad from motor over working. Recommend replacing control before completely fails and system will then not produce airflow in heating or cooling. inducer motor is good and amp drawls are in range. Tried to pull and inspected heat exchanger and client did not want me to pull and inspected heat exchanger at this moment due to availability and would like for us to come back out some other time in the morning.
