Arrived to perform combo tune up on 2020 lennox system. Client stated no issues. Washed condenser coil inside and out on both systems. Checked electrical compartment and components on both units. Both primary and secondary motor controls are good and in range. Fan motors are good. Amps draws are good on both systems. System are both cooling at 20 degrees. Cycled units. Inspected indoor units. Filters were okay and could last another 3 months and will need replacement. Blower assembly and motors are both good on units. Both inducer motors are good. All safety switches are operational. No protection on either system recommended adding surge protectors to protect units. Cycled system. Advised client of findings and recommendations with client. Client is aware of how system is running. Both systems are operational upon departure.
