Customer reported system not cooling as it should. Found indoor blower not turning on during cool call. Outdoor unit is working as it should however amperage is high. Relay that was recently replaced is chattering, this is a result of weak transformer and outdoor contactor. Refrigerant levels are low. Wife was briefed on the condition. She is contacting her home warranty to resolve this issue.
