Upon arrival performed maintenance. Outdoor condenser was completely opened up and washed out. Customer just wanted routine maintenance done hasn’t done in a couple years. A few components have been replaced this past year and parts are still in very good condition. Condenser fan motor leaking oil. Compressor running at very high amps. Refrigerant levels in good condition. System was reset tested and fully functional upon departure.
