10-6-2025: dug hole about 10’ deep and installed 6” pvc clean out on side of building near 1251A, descaled about 200’ of 4” cast from starter unit 1251K to open hole outside, hydro jetted line clear of all debris and loose scale, took measurements for lining. Also cleaned tree roots out of 6” clay to manhole hydro jetted line clear of all debris and took measurements for lining. 10-7-2025: lined 4” cast from open hole upstream about 112’ ending in unit 1251F reinstated (x6) 4” stack tie ins(1251 A,B,C,D,E,F), also lined 6” clay from open hole to manhole near sidewalk. 10-8-2025: lined sewer from open stack in unit 1251K about 90’ downstream ending/ overlapping liner in unit 1251F that was shot from open hole, reinstated (x5) 4” stack tie ins(1251 F,G,H,J,) and (x10) 2” laundry tie ins. 10-9-2025: backfilled open hole and did final televising
