- Replace old basket strainer under kitchen sink w new due to age and condition ( leaking ) - Attempt drain restore on upstairs sons bath due to slow/ no drainage currently ** no warranty on cable ** - Replace shower cartridge in upstairs bath near stairs due to small leak - cut wall open behind hall bath toilet downstairs around wet spot to visibility check for leak ** we are not liable for sheetrock damage or repair ** ** 5yr warranty on basket strainer ** ** no warranty on shower cartridge due to high pressure ** Test it all work no leaks. Cleaned up tools and trash. On downstairs hall bath, I did not see a leak in the wall however, the wetness kept going further up. I explained to the homeowner further diagnostic will be required. Also explained the wall needs more demo and dry out so we’re getting restoration out to let homeowner what needs to be done for water damage and rebuild. Did explain that if they see the leak when removing the sheetrock they will let me know and
