CUSTOMER STATED: Toilets not flushing, hall powder room toilet started leaking from base after customer plunged it TECHNICIAN NOTES: Home is on septic. Outside cleanout has standing water, indicating a mainline stoppage. Need to snake through clean out to clear stoppage. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Ran sewer cable over 30’, penetrating into septic tank, stoppage did not clear. Septic tank is full and would have to be pumped. JOB NOTES: Water pressure measured at 95 psi, indicating Prv has failed and needs to be replaced. Unable to locate Prv at this time. Advised customer that they would need to place another work order for the Prv in order to have CHW cover the access to cut drywall to find the Prv.
