Customer stated: slow drip from master bathroom right side lavatory and water was leaking through kitchen sink when water was splashed on faucet Technician notes: upon arrival, customer had a slow drip on the right side lavatory in the master bathroom. Was unable to find replacement cartridge. Kitchen faucet was also leaking when splashed due to faucet not being tightened down Resolution: tightened and siliconed the kitchen faucet, advised customer to let silicon dry for 24 hours. Checked and tested for leaks. Kitchen sink is working as it should now. Replaced Master bathroom right side lavatory fixture with glacier bay. Checked and tested for leaks.
