CUSTOMER STATED: toilet is running upstairs and the kitchen faucet handle is loose TECHNICIAN NOTES: tech found that the set screw was loose and that the toilet push button is corroded to the point where it will get stuck causing the toilet to run. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: tech tightened the set screw to fix the faucet. Will need to order a new push button flush mechanism, to replace the corroded piece. PARTS: Gerber push button flush mechanism AUTHO: 115grca ESTIMATES: **GIOS NOTES 7/26/24** Resolution/Recommendation: I was able to successfully remove the existing dual flush mechanism from the existing upstairs guest bathroom toilet with no issues. I flushed the toilet several times with no issues or any further concerns. I would recommend looking towards replacement of the toilet as this existing toilet has a very low flush power, and is reaching the end of it
