TECHNICIAN NOTES: called out today to look at 2 leaking toilets. While on site I found the toilet in the guest and master bathroom were leaking from the flapper. The flapper is a 3 inch flapper in both toilets that need replaced. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: replaced both 3 inch flappers in the master and guest bathroom toilet. After repair was made we turned water on and tested to find everything functioning properly as should.
