Technician notes: My Georgia Plumber came out today to perform an Annual Whole Home Plumbing Inspection and an Annual Water Heater Flush. The customer has reported that the toilet in the master bathroom has a slight wobble. The water heater is a State Proline 50 gallon natural gas. The heater is from 2020 and is functional. The thermal expansion tank is also functional. The basement sink is functional with no leaks and the sump pump in the basement is functioning. The main floor has a kitchen, guest bath, and master bathroom. The kitchen fixtures and disposal are functional with no leaks. The guest bathroom fixtures are functioning well with no leaks. The master bathroom fixtures are functioning well with no leaks.
