Technician notes: upon arrival we found that the bathroom sink in the main level was clogged due to hair and and debris being stuck in the drain line as well as in the p trap. We also find out that the bathtub had a missing lift and turn piece Resolution: we unscrew the pup up assembly device on the clogged sink as well as p trap adapter to clear and remove any debri/sediment from sink line.
