Customer Stated: They had a leak coming from the kitchen faucet. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that the leak was coming from the main level kitchen faucet handle. I found that this is a single handle faucet with a pull down sprayer, and it seems that trim along with the packing nut have been loosened. I let the tenants know I would have to replace the existing cartridge, and reassemble the packing nut/trim, but if this does not solve the issue I would need to replace the whole faucet. Resolution: I was able to successfully tighten the packing nut/trim along with the faucet cartridge with no issues. I fully pressurized the hot/cold line with no further issues or leaks.
