Customer stated gas was shut off due to venting issue Found gas shut off to hvac and water heater. HVAC system is new but the vent was never hooked up to it water heater and old ac vent run to what looks to be the chimney but I can not see where they go up into the chimney. Exhaust lines will need to be addressed by an hvac tech before the water heater can be relit. Condensation pump in crawl space is leaking. No power to the outlet the pump is plugged into. No plumbing can be performed until hvac addresses the venting issue and reruns the vents properly.
