Tenet stated that the powder room toilet and the upstairs hall bathroom toilet are not flushing properly. Found the water level of the powder room toilet was set to low causing it to not flush properly. The upstairs hall bathroom toilet had a soft tissue clog in the trap of the toilet. Ran closet auger down both toilets and adjusted water level of powder room toilet. Job is completed Built estimate for powder room toilet replacement in case it starts acting up again. The toilet is very old and I recommend it to be replaced
