Customer Stated: They had multiple leaks coming from underneath the kitchen sink. Tech Notes: Upon inspection I found that there was water leaking from both basket strainers underneath the 50/50 stainless steel sink, and both strainers were missing card board rings. I let the tenant know we would need to replace both strainers. Resolution: I was able to successfully remove both basket strainers located in the main kitchen with no issues. I tested with running water, and volume amounts of water with no issues or leaks.
