INVOICE NOTES: toilet rocks and leaks TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a toilet in upstairs hallway bathroom leaking and rocking due to a broken flange , TOILET also leaks from tank area RESOLUTION: due to way this toilet is piped I will need to get with santos and build up a estimate for replacement of flange and piping needed for work to be completed, I did not have the required fitting for work 3 inch flange JOBSTATUS; estimates built ESTIMATES: resipro estimate built
