Technician notes…Called out to home due to master toilet not flushing found the chain was loose in the tank on the flapper was causing the flapper not to rise up high enough to allow a proper flush so it caused a soft blockage in the P-trap of the toilet ran auger down toilet cleared soft blockage, and fixed the chain on flapper toilet is flushing properly
