CUSTOMER STATED: whole house is clogge TECHNICIAN NOTES: Upon inspection, found that there is a blockage in the drain line. Checked outside clean out and we were getting no flow. Found another clean out access point in the basement that was getting very little flow RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: Ran big sewer machine through basement clean out. Ran about 50 feet before hitting the blockage. We were able to get the blockage cleared. Ran the tub, sinks, kitchen sinks, and toilets and confirmed we were getting good flow through the drain line after clearing JOB NOTES: clean out in front yard and basement JOB STATUS: COMPLETE Estimates: no further needed
