08/28/2024 CUSTOMER STATED: customer stated they still have a leak coming from underneath toilet by supply line previously installed yesterday 08/27/2024 TECHNICIAN NOTES: upon inspection of toilet there is a very small amount of water coming out from tank by the bolt holding fill the valve. It takes a while for one drop to accumulate, but the leak is very slow. RESOLUTION/RECOMMENDATIONS: recommend replacing fill valve to stop water from escaping the tank.
