8/1/24 Preston b. Job notes : Out today for a sold estimate with parts needed to make repairs on a 2 piece kohler toilet located in the master bathroom upstairs. After replacing piston for master toilet, I also found the fill valve to be defective as well. Made recommendations to customer on replacement but stated they would like to hold off for right now. RESOLUTION : Replaced flush valve piston for master bathroom toilet. Piston has been tested for proper functions presenting no concerns at this point in time. Toilet can be used as needed. ESTIMATE NOTES : Please forward estimate to replace fill valve in master bathroom toilet.
