TECHNICIAN NOTES: came out today for diagnosis while out on site found a cracked cpvc line , will need to replace hose bib along with 2 feet of piping in order to address issue location is the powder bathroom of main floor. RESOLUTION: replaced hose bib along with damaged section of piping which once repaired I found no further issues or signs of a leak it is a non insulated hose bib due to freezing temps caused the piping material to crack and burst lots of water damage in main floor . JOBSTATUS; complete
