Customer/ Tenant States: Kitchen faucet is leaking. They notice it more after they use the faucet. Technician Notes: Out today to look into issue with the faucet in the kitchen. Two handle kitchen faucet with side sprayer. Ran faucet and tested for leaks with no noticeable issues. Pulled the aerator and found heavy build up. Water is getting trapped above the aerator when the faucet is turned off and then dripping out over time. Resolution: Took apart aerator, cleaned and rebuilt.
