CUSTOMER STATED : Tub is leaking TECHNICIAN NOTES : Out to the residence today for the concern of the master bathroom tub upstairs leaking onto the powder bathroom ceiling. The master bathroom tub drain’s seal has worn out and needs to be replaced. After removing the tub drain, we did find out the threads on the tub shoe are cross threaded due to the previous contractors. To ensure best repairs, we have installed a new chrome tub drain. RESOLUTION : Replaced brushed nickel tub drain with chrome tub drain in master bathroom. Repairs have been Checked and tested for leaks.
